I don't wear a lot of eyeshadow so I don't want to go out and get a eye primer and not use it. is there any diy eye primers?

Don't understand what is diy?I use tattoos by maybelline just as good as Mac n wy cheaper.I love the different colors.

The elf primer is actually really good for a dollar. I brought it not expecting much but it does what it should do and lasted me forever. You could also use concealer or try some of NYX's jumbo eyeshadow pencils. They're fairly cheap and will work as a base for the shadow. You can get one in a neutral shade or in colors to layer eyeshadows over. I know you asked for DIY but I don't know of anything off the top of my head. And it may just be easier to buy a cheaper one because unless you already have the materials to make it a DIY recipe will require you to spend money buying what you need to make it anyway.
