Hi :) Your outfit is very cute I must say. The only thing I would suggest is a colorful eye shadow. (Light purple, blue, emerald) No blush. Concealer if needed. (Revlon PhotoReady or Nyx HD Wand) A light bronzer Physicians Formula has a new mood boosting one in light bronze. It's like a light to medium bronzy color and a gold heart in the middle. Curl lashes, and use a natural coat of mascara. Probably Maybelline's Great Lash.
Nyx HD Studio Photogenic Primer, Nyx Stay matte but not flat foundation. Ulta is having a sale of Nyx Cosmetics (But 1 get 1 50% off) But if you can't go to Ulta, try Walmart, Rite Aid, or Walgreens. And alternative primer and foundation could be Revlon color stay and L'Oreal magic perfecting base.
