Monistat Chafing gel & power as primer?

Has anyone tried this? I'm looking for a primer that will help my makeup last all day. If not the Monistat, does anyone have any other suggestions?

The brand is. But this particular product is "intimate care needs. Chafing relief powder-gel skin protectant provides on-the-go daily prevention and relief from chafing and irritation of skin in intimate, delicate areas like the inner thigh, bikini area, under arms and breasts."
But I've been hearing a lot of beauty insiders relate this to Smashbox's primer.

I use it as a primer & I love it. The Chafing Gel is a SKIN PROTECTANT & is meant for areas on your body to prevent rubbing together & causing irritation. That's exactly what it does as a primer. It acts a as barrier for your skin. It has the same number one ingredient as other silicone based primers such as Smashbox.
