Sooo, I went to a salon to get my hair fixed. my roots were showing horribly. my roots were a light brown and the rest was blonde. I told the stylist I wanted my hair to be all one color which would be the color of my roots. Well when he was finished there were blonde spots throughout my hair so he had to fix that and also my hair is now almost black.. he completely messed up and when I went back for him to fix it he basically did nothing. so that is why I do not trust any salon around here. everytime I go to one they mess up somehow. but anyway, I am stuck with this dark brown/ black hair and I have very fair skin so it looks awful. I want to do this on my own but don't want a box dye. I know there are some sites where salon color and developers can be purchased. what would I get to go to light brown hair? what are the best brands? any help is appreciated. thanks.

Looked at the process every second... the best way before bleaching it again will be to wait... to wash your length wirh shampoo, the color will be brighter from time to time all alone be ause your hair is damged from the blonde, so the pigment go in very fast (thats the why they got soo dark) but they'll fall out again! look ob your haircare products that youre not using silicon. thiy may stop the process and is anyway better gor zr hair. this whole thing may take a while but if you bleach your hair again now it will be damaged as hell and bright orange.. hope I can help if you have questions just ask :)

I had this happen once before. my hair turned sooo black so I had it stripped and then dyed and it was beautiful. I just don't know anymore lol.

Just get a stripper and do it yourself, it'll reverse what he did and make it light enough for you to just use a box dye =]

Honestly you need a good hair dresser ask your friends who they would recommend find some with a good reputation and get them to fix it :)

I would suggest just waiting it out because stripping already bleached hair can cause a lot of breakage if done incorrectly. The hair color may look dark now but the more you wash it the lighter it'll get.
