Alright I do this most mornings. Bend over, gather all your hair, then go up, like squeeze the hair forming the bun then there ya go.

My hair is really thick so I put it in a high pony tail, braid the pony tail, and wrap it around itself. Secure with a hairtye and bobby pins.

I really like to do it in a fairly high ponytail then bend over to fan the hair out all around then use another hair tie to tie around those hairs and pull them out from the hair tie all around. I'm not sure if that made ANY sense Lol.
