Try a little toothpaste on the pimple and leave it on overnight. That's always helped me in a pinch.

Wash your face with hot water to open pores then useing a cotton pad dab lemon juice on your face,I then get a bowl of hot water and put my face over it to let the steam soak the lemon into clogged porer.you can either leave it on over night or as long as you want.make sure to use a face cream after you wash and towel dab your face dry as lemon tends to dry the skin out
