Too Faced Tinted BB Cream.

I currently own it in the shade Cream Glow. I use it on days that I don't want to wear foundation. I don't have acne I just use it for redness and evening out my skin tone. Ido t see a difference when I put it on. Does anyone use this and have the same problem?
