help! Dry skin :(

My skin has been getting really dry around my mouth, the end of my more and between my eyebrows. I don't get rid of it for the life of me!!
everyday I was my face with lukewarm water, dab it a little dry and put in a cream called moisturel. I have tried other moisturizers but can't get rid if it! its been about 4 months! please help!! :(

My dermatologist recommended Vaseline, but it doesn't clog your pores! Crazy. I use it every night after I wash my face and in the morning my face is baby butt soft!
