I'm looking for a routine that can quickly grow hair every time I use it. I have a 2 year period to grow out my hair as long as possible and I have naturally curly hair. Help a girl out?:)

If you're body doesn't get enough vitamin B12, your hair will stop growing. You can buy vitamin B Complex pills or liquid supplements at any wal mart and possibly drugstore. It works for me!

Ooh, your hair is stunning!
There really isn't much you can do besides making sure you keep it healthy. A lot of people say biotin helps induce growth, but there hasn't been any studies that have proven it. Although, it does help keep hair healthy, so I'm sure to an extent it works! The only problem with it is a lot of people reporting really bad breakouts with it, and getting cystic acne when they haven't had it before.
There's also some suggestions that if you massage peppermint oil into your scalp it helps with hair growth! And of course just massaging up there helps with blood flow, therefore hair growth.
Basically just keeping it as healthy as you can is your best bet. Try a deep conditioner every week, and don't wash your hair EVERY day. One person compared washing your hair every day to washing your favorite wool sweater every day - it just wears it out and isn't necessary!
There's also a shampoo from Not Your Mother's called "Way to Grow". Some people have said it helps fairly well! And that's about all I can think of...good luck!

Keep your hair moisturized! condition, deep condition, and apply oil as much as you need to keep moisturized and healthy. Use natural products (silicone and paraben free). I've heard that people get great results by using castor oil on their scalp. I like to mix castor oil with coconut oil and put it on my scalp and ends.

The Lee Stafford stuff is great. I've been consciously trying to grown mine recently and it's grown quite quick.
I recommend. No straightening (avoid heat all together) regular trims (I go to the hairdressers every 8 weeks) deep condition hair mask once a week and hair serum after each wash.

Hi! I am a hair stylist and first of all I want to tell you what hair growth tips I'm using for me and for my clients. As I learned before the hair consist of eighty percent protein. B vitamin allows it to grow faster with blending in protein.
The new cells are born more quickly and these B complex vitamins help them to grow and produce new cells in higher amount than its normal rate.
The most important tip: just massage you scalp... shampoo every other day and don't blow dry or straighten (or apply any heat) for a while trust me you will see a difference... I noticed 4 inches IN JUST 2 AND A HALF MONTHS.
My clients are also very happy with their hair growth rate. I followed a lot of other advices from a website and I can vouch that are working 100%.
