I love colored skinny jeans and I have a pair like that too!! I wear either a light blue (which gave me kind of a cotton candy look lol oh well it was cute :P) a white or black shirt or in some cases green. It depends on the green. Mine went with a mint but they're slightly darker than yours. I also usually wear tennis shoes so obviously I don't match shoes haha. But other than that gray or black would work, maybe flats or uggs or boots.

A neutral solid or printed shirt would look nice on top. If its cold then a sweater would look nice. If they are full length then sneakers would be cute but if they are cropped then sandals or toms/bobs would look nice(:
