I honestly think you shouldn't! I was just like you once won't hurt and I kept doing it over and over. Now I'm just trying to grow it out and not dye it anymore. It won't ruin your hair if you do it once but once you start you might not want to stop. I feel like most girls have over processed hair. Of course this is just me having an opinion
