Need make up help for Asian eyes.

I would like some suggestions on a) what I need and b) what would work for my eyes. I have this Asian eyes, not to be offensive, but they don't have a crease above they eye so eyeliner doesn't show up well. Plus I have really short eye lashes. Help! My skin tone is some weird bronze color so eyeshadow is also confusing.
