Liquid Liner Recommendations?

Hi everyone!
I need some help in choosing a liquid liner that is very afforable, particularly drugstore, that does not flake, run, smear or smudge. In other words, waterproof and long lasting, as well as easy to apply :) Thanks in advance!

I actually adore the wet and wild one, but its not waterproof, although I've gotten my face wet before, and it didn't even smudge. I actually have a hard time removing it at night! Its only 2.99 and comes in I think 3 or 4 colors.

I agree with @Hana Milani infinite would be compared to Mac liquidlast that stuff won't budge..and I also like NYX liquid liner.
