For the last three years I went all natural. I've tried almost everything, from proactiv, pills, acne.org etc.and didn't get results from them. Finally all natural and my skin looks amazeballs lol :D I clean my face with apple cidar vinegar which I use as a toner and I sleep with lemon on my face and during the day I use potato juice which is slicing the potato and rubbing it on my face. Alot of people would be thinking like wtf but seriously I researched plenty spent heaps on Ebooks etc.and this has really worked wonders for me and its so affordable and all natural so you don't really get side affects like other products :D I also do raw organic honey face masks. Try and let me know how you all go :D.

I will mention also that if I do wear makeup I will wash it off with baking soda so my face gets completely wiped clean. And the only product I do use which is only once a week is Elmer's glue which is non toxic and has never caused any harm to my skin. It's about $2.00 from the shops n really helps with my blackheads.

I also suffered a lot from aches be4...tried thousands of things...now it's getting better after seeing the Chinese practitioner...but there is still some dark marks :(
