I totally know how you feel, with my bangs at least. I can't wait till they grow out, they're way too short... I have just been pinning them back or putting it in a bun :)

Hair, skin and nail vitamins and coconut oil! Drink lots of water and milk. When you're shampooing your hair give your scalp a massage (you're stimulating the follicles). And of course, keep it healthy and get it trimmed. That's some of the stuff I learned at beauty school lol.

You should take vitamins (they don't even have to be hair, skin & nail ones) and drink lots of water! I know it sounds silly but it really does help. You also DO need to get it trimmed now and then to get rid of dead ends. If you have dead or damaged ends your hair will just keep breaking, so even though your hair IS growing you won't see the difference you want since your ends are breaking before you can really gain any length. Pamper your hair, and body, and stay away from the chemicals and dyes! (:

Actually, getting an inch or a half trimmed off every 3-6 months can keep your hair healthy and help it grow. Good luck

If you use horse shampoo...it makes your hair grow super fast.
