Always start with primer for your eyes. put your eyeshadow on next. for liquid eyeliner start from the middle not the inner eye or the outer part of your eye. to make your eyes pop put a skin tone (but a little lighter) sparkly eyeshadow on the bottom inner corner of your eye :)

Pull the end of your eye and line right above your eyelash line but make sure to always put your eye shadow, foundation ect. First.

Use tape to do a winged liner. just make sure they are the same. The best way to get better at makeup is to practice practice practice educate yourself on Makeup :))

If you use liquid you should hold off on any wings atm, but practice will get you there, start with small wings very slowly :)
