Gold sparkly pumps would be pretty. And a gold/brown smoky eye would be gorgeous for makeup.

Any shoe that matches the upper half of the dress , I can't really tell the color, sparkly gold? But if so, on your eyes a sparkly gold as a base and a deep grey/ brownish shadow to create a slight smokey eye :)
