^ I second tea tree oil and honey. Also, squeezing the liquid out of an Advil Liqui-Gel pain relief capsule can help with swelling and redness because of its anti-inflammatory properties.

You can use a green concealer under your regular concealer to hide it and help conceal the redness. Neosporin does help a lot though.

Doooonnttttt exfoliate when you have active acne or scabs! Your skin needs to be treated very delicately. Make sure you use a mild cleanser and moisturize and try anything except a harsh scrub.

^ Agreed! Don't exfoliate, especially not with St. Ives Apricot Scrub. It contains ground walnut shells and is too abrasive for use on facial skin.

Have you tried organic unrefined coconut oil? I've heard its good for healing n also has antibacterial properties so prevents future spots. Xx

I fourth the anti exfoliation message! My skin was not broken out at all last winter, just a little dry... I used st. Ives scrub one time and had red broken patches that hurt and couldn't be covered by makeup... It lasted for three weeks:/ handle with extreme care!

• Ice is often used as a quick remedy to get rid of Pimple overnight. You just need to wrap an ice cube (or crushed ice) in a piece of cloth and apply it on your Pimple.
