Maybelline concealer problems?

So I bought Maybelline Instant Age Rewind eraser- dark circles treamtment concealer awhile ago, and I absolutely love the concealer. My only problem was the container. It comes in this little applicator tube/ bottle thing, and you twist the ring on top to get concealer to the applicator... but the third day I had this stuff, the third time I used it, the top of the bottle broke, and completely fell apart. I hadnt done anything that would have caused this..
Has anyone else had this same experience??

Mine fell apart because I pushed the lid on to much and it craked and it fell apart
