Lick your finger (so it's quite wet) and gently rub them, really really gently though, if that doesn't work it might be because it's too thick so the tops dried quicker than the underneath.

Let your nails sit for 1-2 minutes after you have done them and then run them under super cold water from a sink or you can freeze some water in a container for 10 min and dip your nails in that!
