I've used a straitening iron every day since grade 6 (I'm now almost finished with grade 9) on my hair. Its the only way I know to style it for school! I have CRAZY curly and thick hair! I dyed it blond a few months back, only adding to.the damage.
I need some at home natural ways to improve the condition my hair is in
And possibly some way to style my hair no heat?
xoxo

Brush it out with a paddle brush or use the video on youtube by kraykrayrayray.

Try doing a hot oil treatment or getting a trim, also, try the mayo treatment. I just did this yesterday and I can already tell a difference.

Deep conditioners and leave in conditioners. Use Moroccan or Argan oil. Redken Ringlet is good for styling curly hair so you won't have to use heat. My clients love it!

Try putting castor oil on your hair for a couple of hours before you wash it. And deep condition it after you wash. If you have curly hair tried a messy bun updo or a twisted bun! Also you need a good trim every 6 -8 weeks

Get it trimmed and start to limit yourself to you hot tools. Don't wash your hair every day either, natural oils your hair produces are good for your hair! & youtube heatless curls, somrthing you can sleep on, it' take time to get your hair healthy again but it'll happen! But first thing would be to cut it! Its impossible to fix split ends, no matter what anyone says.

You need to get a trim and try pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair treatment kit which is a complete treatment that will help you to repair and restore your hair.
