If you use a base coat it should be fine.

If you wear it everyday it could be very expensive.if you don't give your nails a break they will become brittle.

I've been wearing polish everyday since the beginning of December and they are longer and stronger than they have ever been. But definitely wear a base coat! Your nail will be stained yellow. I'm having that problem now bc I just recently started applying a base coat before I paint them.

The only concern is the fumes from the polish you would be around. I would say yes for your nails its fine, but make sure you do it in a place where there is circulating air. The fumes from nail polish and remover cause your brain cells to die.

Take biotin to strengthen them and that will help.

Nails do not breath, they are just dead cells but just watch out to not paint your cuticles. And I recently went to see the doctor bc my skin was so dry and he told me to stay away from nailpolish bc that could my the reason for my dry skin.
