Help! Eyeliner for in the waterline...

So I'm having difficulty finding a good eyeliner that STAYS ON in the waterline. Any suggestions??

I use any pencil liner then put black eyeshadow over it with an angled brush. it stays on long and looks Smokey:)

Urban decay 24/7 eyeliner in perversion is hands down the best black eyeliner I've ever used (and I've used a lot!). It's super pigmented, easy to use and very black. It lasts forever and it's so creamy it doubles as an eyeshadow base (obviously use a primer if your using it that way). So worth the money, you should try it!

I have been using the loreal infallible gel liner pot for about a week now. So far it holds up a lot better than any pencil I have used.

Part of the reason it comes off is because its transferring to your upper waterline, so put on one coat and close your eyes for a bit then reapply as you see fit :)

Milani has a liquid liner called infinite and that will not budgeee even if you cry. its hardcore. try it, its like 6 bucks(:

I do have the urban decay 24/7 eyeliner and I do love it more than any of the rest I've tried... but it still gets smudged up.  :)

Urban decay stays all day for me. make sure your using eye primers and a setting spray.
