It's not a foundation but a concealer. you could use it as foundation though. mac prolong wear concealer it's amazing and waterproof and it won't crease.

I agree with Bemnia, pro long wear is probably your best bet, I don't think it's waterproof but its designed to last through extreme conditions (humidity, dry temperatures, wind, sweat, etc)
