My friend told me thAt taking prenatal vitamins can help your hair grow faster and longer! I want to try it! Does anybody do this? Or heard of it? Does it work?

Take Biotin not prenatal pills. If you already bought them, crush them up and put them in your shampoo or conditioner.

I know someone who takes prenatal vitamins for this and her hair grows very fast, but I've heard that biotin is better.
