Fun hair color for spring/summer.

I'm looking to dye my dark brown hair and was wondering if any of you have suggestions? My options are ombre or just strands of a crazy color (purple, pink or blue) what do you all suggest? Any pictures of cute and fun hair colors? (Not too crazy though) thanks :D.

I'm sorta thinking of just going lighter all together, but that's a little risky. And I'm not sure how light I would be able to go with my tan skin. What do you think?

I think dip dye hair is great for summer:) and you don't have to dye your whole head just the ends:)
