Use one layer of mascara let it dry otherwise it'll get clogged up then apply another layer.

When applying, gently wiggle the brush side to side as you go from the root of your lashes to the tip. and you definitely should not wait for the first coat to dry to do another coat. doing that damages the lashes over time and causes them to weaken and thin out, making you use more mascara, which then harms them even more. oh and always apply mascara on your bottom lashes first, then do the top.
