Yeah haha and just a little too much eyelids actually. I messed it up this morning and tried to.fix...and well, you know how it is. Bte, the red marks on my nose are from my glasses.

I think for your eye shadow, you should do lighter on your lid and a little darker color only in your crease, not over your whole eyelid. It will make your eyes pop more especially if you use concealer under your eyes.

White eyeliner on the water line , hair oil I recommend garnier , and of course tinted lip balm I love that stuff my fav baby lips!!

I have really bad eye bags too, however! I would line your top lid with a liquid or gel liner, put mascara on top and bottom! I usually do a thin to medium thick line, I don't really care for heavy eyeliner :P.
