A matte brown, a light caramel shadow, a dark cocoa shadow, and maybe a thin line of eye liner along the lash line :)

For pale people, Light brown hair, strawberry blonde, and auburn shades are very flattering. And thank you!

I'm very pale and I have pulled off almost every hair color lol. It really depends on the makeup. Cause if you go dark you have to make sure you pop your makeup or you will look paler. You have light beautiful eyes so dark would pop those nicely :)
