I have super long hair (reaches my hips) how can I get "Victoria's Secret curls" (or big sexy curls) with NO HEAT. I'm trying to stay away from heat styling for a while...

I have hair that reaches my bum and I use 'bendy rollers'. I have included a picture. There are a couple of tutorials on YouTube. But if you need more help just ask me. They turn out with the most amazing curls that last a week. You put them in wet hair at night and sleep in them, when you wake up you will have perfect curls. Ps I use 'long purple'
