Hi everyone! I have psoriasis and I have become self conscious about it. Any good tips about skin care (how to get rid of the redness ect) and fashion advice? Like, how can I make it less noticeable?

Your going to have to go for the terrible smelling shampoo. WARNING: it will make your hair frizzy.

If it's severe you may want to talk to a doctor...or if its on your body also...if its just on your scalp & not so bad you can use a teasing brush to scrub off the scales & after that you can put like cholesterol on your scalp mix it with oils like tree oil, or thetrs many different types of oil for that...you can leave that on for like 20 -30 minutes & it shoulf get better after you do it a few times...
