My nails are really short and they hardly grow and if they do they are really weak. does anyone have any ideas on something that will get them to grow quicker and stay strong??x

There is Sally Henson nail polish that specifically hardens your nails.
To make it grow press on the cuticles or rub the nail for 3-5 minutes daily. That should help!

Don't use false nails. When I stopped biting my nails they were very weak and I used false nails to cover them up and it made them so much worse.

Daily cuticle massages using a cream or oil and if you keep your nails very short for a few weeks it will allow the weak nail to grow out.

I say to take a boitin supplement I'm taking them now and my nails have grown fairly long.
