I got involved in a motorcycle accident a few years ago and skinned my knees pretty bad. My friend recommended Hiruscar. It contains Aloe Vera, Vit. E and B3, L-Arginine, Allium Cepa Extract and Allantoin. My knees got this really gruesome scars - dark and some of them turned into keloids. I religiously applied it twice a day and now my knees looks normal like the accident never happened. :)
This is really hard to find since it came from Japan. You could also check Contratubex which also contains allantoin. If you want to go all natural, you could try the jojoba oil and rose hip oil combo :)

Massaging any oil in to the skin will help bring blood to the area and will supply the skin with extra nutrients and vitamins to creat new cells.
