Hi! :) I just recently started getting into makeup and would like to know what are the makeup must haves? Also do you know anywhere or any websites that sell name brand makeup for cheap or on sale? Thank you!!

Start with mascara (I prefer maybeline) and eyeliner in brown ad black. Eye shadow isn't necessary but good to have. Lip balm, lip stick, and gloss are good to. Also primer and foundation and pressed powder if you have uneven or acne scarred skin.
