You can use sugar scrubs...there's a lot of good recipes on line about it just type in lip scrub. A lot of them contain stuff you can use at home. I saw another trick people use is after the shower or wet their lips the use a soft towel to rub away and make lips softer. You mostly just need something rough to get the dead skin off. Such a sugar or baking soda.

Easy lip scrub: 1tsp sugar,honey and some drops of olive oil... Wet a towel with hot water and put it on your lips until it cools down...then apply the scrub and gently scrub your lips..keep it for Minute or so them wash..put it lip balm and go!:)

Eos and baby lips work well but I recommend to use the bay lips with sunscreen so they protect from drying out

You can get a warm water and a tooth brush and pucker your lips and scrub for 5 mins it might hirt alittle but it works!

Scrubbing does a lot but you'll still need to use a balm to moisturize after or they will dry out more. Can probably find recipes for natural balms online if you don't want to buy any.
