You definitely need a fringe! Once you get your hair layered then maybe you could start experimenting but for now a trip to the hairdresser is a good start

Move your part lone off to the side and layer your hair, I would also recommend highlights or something fresh for summer, maybe a friendly hint of red(:

Your hair is a lovely colour, you could maybe add bangs, highlights, layers? You could simply try different hairstyle if you're not ready for a drastic change like high buns, waves, or braids :)
