And I didn't put it all the way up to my brow xD my eyelids have a natural dark tint and I didn't put any eye primer on them I was just trying it out.

Did you put a darkee colour in the crease? try starting out with a suttle colour which I think is what you did here and learn how to make that work really well with your eye shape than move on to brighter more pigmented colours :)
