Yeah, I'm using it and it works. Of course you have to eat healthy but it does.

It is basically hiit workouts which is amazing for weight loss. I'm a wrestler in top shape right now and I'm still dripping sweat by the end when my full effort is put into it! Its one of the greatest apps I've ever tried, I would highly recommend it.(:

Cheyenne, if you're talking about the Nike + sensor that is for running and doesn't go with this app at all.
