Yeah I get you, that's why you should keep it simple with like a solid white or neutral type under shirt, and then the jean jacket's blue and the skirt's red stripes will balance each other out.

I say a cute pink crop or a sheer white blouse with the first one paired with some wedges and for the second one (which I love it btw) a white button up blouse would look adorable.
