So whenever I get my eyebrows waxed, I breakout!! I've tried threading, plucking, etc.and I still breakout. I also don't let the waxer put an oil on my eyebrows after she is done but doing that didn't change the reaction my skin had...does anyone know what I can do to prevent this?

My eyebrows get pimples after I pluck if I don't wash off that area. Your/the waxer's finger oils get on your skin and can cause breakouts.

I break out when I've had my eyebrows waxed, but not when I pluck them. I asked my new hairstylist about my past experiences with waxing and said that the waxer did either: waxed over the same area twice, kept the wax on for too long, or had used old wax. When my new hairstylist did my eyebrows, I didn't have major breakouts! My skin is also very sensitive, so it's not a wonderful process. I'll have a few breakouts but not as bad as I used to. Maybe a few days before waxing, plucking, etc, do a moisturizing routine just for your eyebrow areas, and let your eyebrows take a break. :)
