Definitely, yes! It looks soooo much better than a "prom dress" and you'll really stand out. You'll also be really happy about your dress when you look back at prom pictures 20 years later-you'll look great and everyone else will look ridiculous.

It's nice, I think. You'll stand out in that. Honestly, prom dresses are hideous. I would never buy an ACTUAL prom dress. Mine was "fancy" and I loved it.

I would totally wear that. where did you find it I want it for the next marine corps ball hahaha. in high school everyone told my husband and I that we were 30 yr olds in 18 yr old bodies haha we didnt act like typical hs kids, they still tell us that so I would have totally worn it!

Thanks guys, I appreciate everyones opinion, the thing is I don' t want a disney poofy pink dress, I want something sleek and elegant. The only reason I'm not sure about it is because it's short.

Good call, Jelena! I think its really great at that length! Its not too short, it keeps a lot of the elegance AND youth at that length, I think its great.
