@Mariam I believe Eileen posted about Milani brand which I think is great but personally have not tried a felt tip in years because they can be watery and bleed out, but then I bought one at Sephora recently and was still disappointed.But if these ladies recommend great felt tip I may be willing to try those products out.

Milani is great and it truly is waterproof!... picked it up at Walmart for $7. Also, Maybelline has one that my sister raves about but I can't remember the name of it! But I believe it's around the same price. :)

Hello Kitty's felt pen at sephora works amazing. I refuse to buy any other felt tip eyeliner haha. If you can find eyeko it's great as well. It's just tough to find.

I just got the dolly wink eyeliner and WOW is all I can say. Absolutely nothing I've ever tried has compared.. I'm actually decent at applying winged liner but this took it to a whole different level.. It's so easy! It has the finest tip I've seen and the staying power is insane. It's a Korean brand and I'm not big on liners usually but I splurged for this one and don't regret it for a second. Anyone else tried the brand?
