Henna can help your hair. There is no color henna to condition your hair too.

Henna is really hard to remove from your hair too, just so you know. and no it won't nessecarily make it healthier- but if you use certain products and find developer with low ammonia it won't damage your hair. But that will only work for darker colors, if you want to go lighter- you'll have to use a higher developer, but again doesn't necessarily have to cause damage...I bleach my hair monthly with minimal damage...so it just all varies on how much you know and what products you use and what you want to do to your hair.. if you want help with something in perticular I can help you if you want! xo.

If you know of a salon that uses the CHI color line and you really want to color it you should go there. It's what I use and it's ammonia free and deposites silk into your hair once it's done doing its thing. I've actually left color in my hair for like 2 hours before and it looked and felt amazing afterwards.
