Best thing to do is runner under a cold tap with a bit of soap rub it together then wash stain remover always works :)

This is going to sound super weird but I swear ice works for everything. I've used it on coca cola and spaghetti stains and It works well

If there is a Hancock fabrics near you they carry something called grandma's stain remover or somethin like that. it works wonders. it has got everything out I've tried it on. n if you can't get that try to soak your shirt in the sink with cold water n laundry detergent and bleach use a scrub brush to rub the laundry soap on the shirt too. that might work.
