So it's Autumn right now in Australia, and everytime I finger comb my hair or massage shampoo into it I lose heaps of hair!! I can see all the hair stuck to my hand! Is this normal? And is it just the season?

I get it all the time too lol I'm in nz so its autum aswell I tend to shed a lot more in autum my hair just gets everwhere lol.

Don't worry my hair sheds a lot especially when I'm washing it! And sometimes I get scared too, but it's normal lol.
