Try not to use too many chemical products on your hair instead try massaging natural oils such as olive oil into your scalp and hair and wash out after a few hours. I do this once a week and it keeps my hair soft and smooth even though I use a lot of heat on it.

Well I have another solution. Take 3 tbsps of coconut oil and microwave it for 5 seconds. Massage it all into your hair, scalp, roots too. Let it sit for 25 mins and wash out with shampoo and conditioner. Do this once a week!! Good Luck :D.

I have a bottle of intense hair rescue for this reason! :)
It's in a big white bottle & you get it at goos hairdressers. However it's not cheap. Good luck :)

I'm not sure what you could do to help it grow, but take it easy on the straightening and dying for a while. Also, try not to use as many products, but when you do straighten it or whatever, use heat protector to prevent further damage.

Lush hair products saved my hair I've bleached it so many times in the past two years and they save my hair every time. Their products are on the pricey side but they do work I recommend Blousey (shampoo) Retread (conditioner) and R&B leave in conditioner :) also leaving conditioner in your hair over night and washing it out in the morning helps a lot too :)

Use protective styles , like buns, ponytails, until it grows out a bit, and then get trims until its back to being healthy.

I had the same problem, make sure you are eating healthy and if you're not getting proper nutrients, take a multivitamin. After I got a haircut my hair grew so fast. I also but supplements at GNC and now my hair is so long

It's time for a big chop! it's impossible to un-damage hair to the extent you're talking about, and you have to cut off damage to prevent further splitting of the hair shafts.
