Hello, ladies! I have a bit of a problem. My hair is incredibly crazy! It feels really dry and dull all the time, but I use conditioner every time I wash my hair (every 3 days). I only do the tips, otherwise it gets VERY oily and gross right out of the shower. What should I do to reach a happy medium??

Try conditioning before shampooing. That should help to get some of the residue left on your hair after conditioning. Also you could try getting a dry shampoo hair powder to soak up oils near your scalp
