Freeze some spoons over night and put them curved side down on your face it reduces redness and puffiness and also use Vaseline before you go to sleep under your eyes it'll retain the water!

If you can, download a sleeping app on your phone. With most of these you can set how long your ideal sleep duration is, when you need to get up, and most you can ask your phone to remind you when you need to go to bed. I have mine set so it reminds me around 20 minutes before I need to go to sleep, so that I can cleanse, get changed etc. It really helps because then when your reminder goes off, you can make sure you get the right amount of sleep and don't lose track of time anv let it get to too late. Most Dr's will recommend between 6-8 hours sleep a night, sleeping on less than 5 hours can be pretty detrimental to your entire day.

It's not entirely true that sleeping less than 5 hours is detrimental to one's health. Different hours work for different people.

What's that sleeping app called?! and I've also heard if you raise your bed several inches (so your head is above your feet) it will prevent fluids from staying under your eye.!

From what I heard is that it depends what kind of person you are and eat but the more healthier you eat the more you sleep
