Colours for Blue Eyes?

My eyes vary in colour. if I'm outside, they are a true blue, but if I'm inside they're more of a blue grey. I was just wondering what colours would make my eyes look brighter. if its any help, my skin is quite fair:-)
not the best of pics, but it gives a rough idea:-)

Purples are supposed to being out blue eyes, a beautician told my mum and ever since shes been wearing deep purples since she has greyish eyes:)

I always wear light pink with eyeliner on my waterline on my eyes if I'm wearing darker colored clothes, I wear grey. always put white shadow on the inner corners to make them pop just a little more and if you like bold eyelashes a couple coats of masscara never hurts..

Purple, deep blue, brown. I love to do a cat eye but in a deep blue it really makes my blue eyes POP!

I've never really thought about using coloured eyeliner! I have coloured ones, but haven't had the confidence to wear them.
