I have really dark blemishes.I'm using L'Oreal Lumi foundation and L'Oreal crayon concealer.
And by the way I have oily skin if that helps.

I find that if I apply it after my foundation, it stays on longer and I have less issues with creasing. But some people all the concealer before foundation. Try both ways to see what works best for you :)

I say after, the foundation concealing a bit of the discolouring will make you use less concealer, and if you use concealer first when you blend your foundation over it it can wipe away what you just concealed. But of coarse try both and see what you prefer.

Sometimes I actually do it before and after foundation. Very thin and well blended over the elf face primer the I stipple my foundation and then I lightly blend a tiny bit more concealer over anything needing it. I have skin as dry as the Sahara Desert. lol I VERY lightly stipple Stay Matte powder over my tzone which gets oily around 5pm. Yeah...odd skin. My chin and around my nose actually peels! I know yours is oily but I wanted to throw that in there in case someone with dry DRY skin happened to be reading this post. The layers have to be sooo thin though!

Prime, conceal, set, foundation.
Just like painting a wall, same concept for your face.

If you set the concealer you won't take it off during foundation application. Then blend blend blend and set your foundation. Also allow a "cook" time before foundation. You will be happy with the results.

Keep in mind you may not need the foundation if you choose to just conceal spots..or you choose to use foundations on certain parts of your skin and just conceal your problem areas.some like both. Its just a tip, you don't need everything on your face so just keep that in mind and find what works best for you.

Try both but I believe before is better because concealers are ideally supposed to be a tone darker than your skin so the foundation later will allow it to blend with the rest of your face or else thoroughly blended the concealer might be sitting separately after your base that'll look way off.
